He is a trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Sensei.  He successfully developed and deployed his Customer Centric, Total Operations Performance System (TOPS) approach in the automotive industry, based on Sixteen Principles of Customer Satisfaction that formed the basis of the Nissan Way and Hyundai Motor America's Retail Operations Performance Methods.
